Ashtanga Inspired flow Yoga w/Stephanie

This class is active with modifications

All classes require pre-registration, as drop-ins are on hold until further notice.  There is plenty of room in the Dance Studio for 6 of us to stay well apart. If you require props such as blankets, eye pillows or blocks I can provide these for your personal use for the duration of classes.

Masks are required when you enter a class but can be removed once you are on your mat. Everyone must be fully vaccinated. Of course, if you are feeling unwell, please stay home. I will be masked the entire time.

The cost for 6 classes will be $70/ 5 classes will be $60/ 4 classes cost $50/ 3 classes cost $40, with a minimum of 2 classes for $30.

I will continue to honour any class fees that were paid to me in 2019. One-on-one classes can be arranged at $30.00 per hour.
