Sointula Community Pavilion
The Sointula Community Pavilion is a covered, open-air wooden structure with a rectangular footprint of 36′ x 24′.  (10.97m x 7.32m), located at the Arnold Grosenick ballfield in Sointula, BC. It has a wood floor on a concrete foundation, side-walls of approximately 3′ on three sides, a raised stage and wheelchair access.Â
The pavilion is owned and operated by the Sointula Resource Centre, a non-profit society incorporated in Sointula since 2002.Â
The pavilion is available to the public as a meeting place/shelter and for scheduled events such as meetings, classes, talks, family events and concerts.Â

- No overnight stays or camping
- No fire or flame of any kind; no smoking
- Please remove all belongings and clean up after use
Reservations
If you are interested in reserving the pavilion for an event, please read the following responsibilities, fill out the form and return it to the Sointula Resource Centre.Â
In addition to the rules for use listed above, the user is responsible for the following:
- Reservations cover the pavilion only. The public is free to use the ball field, parking area, playground and general area surrounding the pavilion at any time.Â
- Please be considerate of the neighbours and other people using the public space.Â
- Events serving alcohol must obtain and show proof of single-event insurance with a liquor liability term. Please contact the Resource Centre for more details.Â
- Clean up and removal of any trash or recycling generated from your event.
